If You are interested in commission, please read all the informations in ToS.
By sending the order you are accepting all the rules included in this text.
The order is to no longer do "first-come-first-serve" - I would like to make sure that me as creator and You as customer are both happy of the final product, and to avoid missundestandments and dissapointments i would like to feel also comfortable while working on your order!
I do really do want to make sure all the work and effort I put on commission is at the most highest possible quality, that's why i will keep the "Gate" for me to say 'no' and reject the order.

Process and preferences are folowings:

After I accept your commission inquiry I will providie You a sketch WIP for approval before starting. As Commissioner I will ask you to point there any changes you would like to make before i will start completeing the work - after approving this stage i will not make any bigger changes on art, only acceptable changes are those that are made by my mistake by example: different eye color than on character refference, markings fix. All suggesstons about changing the pose or or theme, background idea will not be accepted later after confirming the WIP stage.

Once the sketch has been approvedi I will start complete the whole drawing. My estimated time frame is here different depending of the complexity and my private life, keep in mind that artist is not a machine, and if You woud like to receive quailty product you have to be patient wait, but of course You as the Commissioner may request additional WIPs at any stage throughout the creation process!
I saffely assume my time between 1 - 6 months to complete all ( this time may lenghten due to life 'accidents' but if something happens i will inform you first !).

If I have any questions regarding the commission, I will message you to clarify all, also please answer the questions as soon as you can to prevent any delays in the process.

Finished work:

Once the commission is completed and accepted, I will keep the right as the creator to upload work in my social media keeping the watermark.
Full sized version will be send to customer by e-mail (without watermark), after You receive it and confirm collection I will delete the PSD file from my disc.

Commissioners may request an unwatermarked version of the piece ONLY for personal use/

If customer would like to use the art for commercial way then i will charge additional cost for later distribution.

Commissioner may upload, post and use the commissioned art in any (personal) way. Credits to the artist preferred.

I, as the artist, will reserve full rights and ownership of the artwork. I reserve the right to repost, use and sell created art in digital or physical forms.
Payment and refunds:

Payment is taken upfront in USD through Paypal by invoice sent by me. I will send the invoice to the email you’ve provided.
Because I am not accepting on holds, please make sure You can pay after i accept Your order within 24 hours, if it's happens you will not be able to do this then inform me but please keep in mind i will not wait linger more than 48 hours, after this time your order will be rejected, and the next person in queue will take your place.

I will accept partial or delayed payments as long as a specific reason and timeframe is given but only for $150+ value payments (ex. your order in total would be $250, then first part must be paid of minimum $150, and next is 100$ - keep in mind that i will not start your order before i will receive the ful payment).

Refunds:
​
Refunds can be requested at any time, however full refunds are only issued before the commission has been started.
If progress has already been made to cancellation, a partial refund will be issued based on the amount of work already completed.
